Even the "Given Up" mental break is better because it's at least somewhat plausible, you can try and stop them, and even if you don't, you may see them again. I'd rather take a berserk or even a murderous rage since at the very least you can counterplay that. For me, the worst one is by far the "Run Wild" extreme break.
